My TV Sharp 25F-M40 model is dead.?

This TV is about 10 years, I Ilke to repair. I replaced several parties, the horizontal output driver transistor, SCR for switching power supplies, diodes, capacitors, several in the fuel system. Fuse was the cause of extinction. Now he is constantly clicking on what seems to come from flyback transformer. When I check the voltage leaving the RCS, it is fluctuating between 85vdc and 150VDC. A friend of mine told me flyback transformer needs replacement. I checked all the resistance readings its windings with an ohm meter special, they all seem to be as indicated in the maintenance manual. Obviously, there are no oscillations and so no low voltage dc output. No high output voltage either. I think flyback transformer needs adjustment gap using two screw plastic so I can get oscillations, and then release tension. I have the service manual photofact Sat I would appreciate all thought. Thank you in advance

If SCR usually damaged fuse R near the RCS is also damaged, and if you Please do not replace regular small R, I think the problem is still around the primary zone. But I'm not sure.
